 Claudia Ault has been in the real estate business since 1985 helping buyers find the right property for sale and helping sellers to market and sell their homes or land. She is an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Sedona since 1994. She holds the Hall of Fame distinction with RE/MAX International and is consistently a top producer with RE/MAX Sedona.

Claudia grew up in Maryland and was educated on the East Coast. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Catawba College in North Carolina, and a Masters of Arts Degree from Villanova University.

Over the years, Claudia and her family enjoyed the opportunity of moving several times to new localities. Claudia taught in public schools and universities during those moves. She didn't realize it then, but the years in the classroom were preparation for this business of real estate here in Sedona, Arizona.

Claudia believes that a professional's responsibility is to give back to the community. She has served on the Board and on the Education and Membership committees for her local association of REALTORS; she is an active participant in the Sedona Bell Rock Kiwanis; serves on the Board of Trustees for Rainbow Acres, a ranch in the Verde Valley for mentally handicapped adults; and she was the Chairperson for the $3.75 million Building Homes With Heart Capital Campaign for Rainbow Acres. She is an active member of her church, The Church of the Red Rocks in Sedona, Arizona.

Larry Ault has lived in Sedona since 1985. He has traveled to Mexico, Hawaii, Canada and the British Isles. He has also been to 37 of the 52 states. Larry lived his first ten years in Mt. Clemens, Michigan after being born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. When he was ten he and his family moved to Sedona, Arizona.

Before joining RE/MAX in February of 2003, he worked as a restaurant manager and before that he served four years in the United States Air Force as a C-5 aircraft mechanic and a data entry clerk for returning aircraft missions. Larry was also an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.

Larry now lives in Sedona with his wife Gina and son Mikey, their two golden retrievers and two tabby cats.

Larry believes that hard work and attention to detail are important to anything that is worth doing well, such as working for you.

Wendy Jacobsen lived most of her life in Illinois. After graduating college she traveled extensively in Europe and the United States. She has been to over 20 countries and to every state except Alaska and Rhode Island, but has never seen anything like Sedona, Arizona. In 1979 Wendy saw Sedona for the first time and like so many of her real estate clients got what the locals call "Red Rock Fever". It took her until 1998 to make the move to Sedona, but in all that time she did not lose the dream of actually living here.

Wendy sold residential real estate in Barrington, Illinois since 1989 and when she came to Sedona in 1998 became an Accredited Buyer's Representative. Wendy now specializes in the part of her career that brings her the most joy...matching her clients with the properties that suit them best. Sedona has not only given Wendy the opportunity to enjoy hiking and horse back riding in some of the most beautiful country on this earth, but it has also given her the pleasure of helping others achieve their dreams.
