Step Up To The Plate is a benefit for the Barbara Antonsen Memorial Park in Sedona Arizona.  The park is a special place in Sedona, meant to be a gathering place for people to enjoy Red Rock Country and appreciate not only the views but the numerous activities that take place at the park.  The park is a place where people can listen to poetry readings, watch a play or a dance, or just plain relax.  The park is on a piece of historical property known as the Posse Grounds Park and its mission is to preserve the land and keep it open space for the community of Sedona to enjoy.

On November 5th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. local artists will be gathered  at Imagine Art, and you are welcome too.  You can also paint a plate Tuesday through Sunday between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.  On Sunday December 7th the plates will be auctioned off during a live and a silent auction.  For more information on the event call (928) 203-0794.
