Sedona Arizona: September Activities at Red Rock State Park Announced
Fall is nearly here and what does that mean? Cooler weather! A chance to get out and enjoy the great outdoors! The leaves start to turn and become a shocking display of red, yellow and brown. A great place to enjoy the foliage is of course Red Rock State Park which is right on Sedona’s door step!
This September there are already many events planned at the state park for all to participate:
1. Sun. Sept 7th 2pm – Learn about the Condo Reintroduction Program
2. Sun Sept. 14th 2pm – Guided Geology Hike
3. Sun Sept 14th 5.30pm – Moonlight Hike Continues!
4. Every Wednesday and Saturday at 8am – Guided Bird Walk
5. Daily at 10am – Guided Nature Walk
6. Daily at 2pm – Educational Seminar from the park ranger
Red Rock State park really is beautiful and of course, in September really comes alive both in beauty and in the exciting stuff going on for everyone to enjoy! Park entrance fees are extremely reasonable at $6 per car for up to 4 adults.
