Happy Independence Day! No not July 4th, but Mexican Independence Day in September! (September 16th) This year a great Mexican Independence Day Festival is coming to Sedona, Arizona and being held at Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts village for all to enjoy!

The 35th annual "Fiesta Del Tlaquepaque" is celebrating Mexican Independence Day by way of a great party on September 13th with the cute and charming plazas and streets of Tlaquepaque being awash in colorful music and dancing in the spirit of old Mexico! Remember that Tlaquepaque contains 40 units or shops, restaurants and galleries ready to serve you!

Mexican arts and crafts will be available throughout the festival and of course the atmosphere will be great! With Flamenco, face painting for the kids and balloon art it really will be fun for the whole family!
