Despite all the negative national press about the national housing market here in central arizona the statistics are showing that the market is turning around! In the Daily Courier which is focused in Prescott just 20 miles south west of Sedona in Central Arizona there is an article showing that sales are picking up as people are realizing what great bargains there are available!

 It appears the bounce in homesales began in January and the trend is that prices are holding with hints of going up. Sellers though should carefully consider any offer to ensure that they can take advantage of having found a buyer. Whilst inventory levels are high there are bargains out there and with mortgage rates dipping slightly there are many indidcations that now may be the best time to buy for years!
