With the current buyers market and great bargains to be found, interest in purchasing homes is of course increasing! However buyers are turning to the internet as well as their local Real Estate agent as a resource when searching for that perfect home.
US News Online has reported the "Six Secrets of Internet Home Buying" where it says that buyers educating themselves using the net need to consider different points. However following on from this perhaps consider the following?:
1. Get pre-approved for a mortgage!
2. Find the right tools - Including Google Maps for instance?.
3. Use these tools in tandem when focusing in on an area, always ask your Realtor for information on a certain neighborhood or a question on the buying process as they are trained to deal with this.
4. The MLS System contains the majority of properties for sale you can search it here
5. Use Email Alerts or RSS Feeds to keep up to date on a community and its news - this blog features such a feed.
6. Find a blog - well, there is one item off of the list! You have already found one for Sedona Arizona!
