Debate Continues Over Red Rock Crossing Real Estate
Sedona City refuses to condemn private real estate
The Sedona City Council voted not to condemn a section of private real estate and take it over in order to build access to a parcel of land-locked real estate. Another part of this particular Sedona real estate controversy is the fight over whether or not a new bridge should be built at Red Rock Crossing. Sedona.biz offers a look at the two sides to the Red Rock Crossing issue:
On one side, some say having only two roads in and out of Sedona
– Hwys. 89A and 179 – cause traffic and safety problems. On the
other side, some say a new bridge at Red Rock Crossing will
damage the views and environment at one of the most photographed
places in the United States.
