Project Lifeline Could Help Sedona Homeowners

Those in foreclosure could get help from new mortgage loan program

For some Sedona homeowners facing foreclosure, the latest initiative from the Bush Administration may help. Project Lifeline is designed to help anyone entering foreclosure. Participating lenders are expected to delay foreclosure proceedings for 30 days while new terms are worked out.

Unlike the mortgage rate freeze, which was aimed only at subprime borrowers, Project Lifeline is for nearly anyone entering foreclosure.
