Some Sedona homeowners may feel the effects of credit card debt
Some Sedona homeowners may begin to feel the effects of credit card debt soon, thanks to a holiday shopping season that sees most presents put on credit cards, as well as subprime mortgage problems. The AP reports on an increase in credit card delinquencies that is having a nationwide impact:
“Debt eventually leaks into other areas, whether it starts with the
mortgage and goes to the credit card or vice versa,” said Cliff Tan, a
visiting scholar at Stanford University and an expert on credit risk.
“We’re starting to see leaks now.”
