Pinon Drive Project Fails to Receive Approval

Paul Galloway's Sedona real estate project remains unapproved

The Sedona Planning and Zoning Commission refused to approve an updated plan for a Sedona real estate project on Pinon Drive. The main problem that the Sedona Planning and Zoning commission has with the Pinon Drive project is that it requires residents in Juniper drive and Pinon Drive to go through the development. Sedona Red Rock News reports on one of the issues with the Sedona real estate project:

Another neighbor, Brad Luky, also thought the project was overbuilt and worried about resulting pollution in all its forms.

“As a builder myself, I am not against growth, however, I think this
project is overbuilt,” Luky said. “I believe there’s inadequate parking
for the complex which will lead to sign pollution on our streets.”
