Fitch Industries Still Waiting on Land Use Plan

Sedona real estate development news

The site of the former Sedona Cultural Park is looking as though it might be the next Sedona real estate development. However, the vote in the City Council is on hold until more members of the council can be present. Due to family emergencies, the Sedona City Council was short the members needed to vote on the plan, which includes an amended use to including lodging for its Sedona real estate development project. Red Rock News points out what some think should happen with the former Sedona Cultural Park:

“It is so rare that one vote can define a city for years or maybe decades,” Sedona resident Mark Keckeis said. If council doesn’t approve this plan, it’s going to be a long time before another developer “sticks his neck out.”
