4 things many buyers don't ask for when purchasing Sedona, AZ property

The market right now, in many places, is favorable toward buyers. Or at least it is putting buyers and sellers on the same plane. And there are some things that you might want to ask for if you are buying Sedona real estate. M. Anthony Carr with Realty Times points out that there are four things that buyers can ask for, and could very well get:

1. Home inspection
2. Radon inspection
3. Home warranty
4. Closing costs

If you can get the seller to pay for these things, that means more money in your pocket down the road.
