Sedona, AZ property getting several makeovers

Growth seems to continue in the area of Sedona real estate development. In addition to projects regarding SR 179, there are several residential and commercial real estate development projects proposed for Sedona. Some of them have been discussed at recent Sedona city council meetings and planning and zoning meetings, and they include:

• Suspension ILX rezoning application
• Barbara Antonsen Memorial Park at Posse Grounds Park
• Red Rock Creek subdivision
• Lodging units and a restaurant for conference center for Fitch Industries
• Zone change for subdivision on Schnebly Hill Road
• Mixed use Sedona real estate development at SR 89A and Kaloff Place
