Sedona luxury homes to be built in new subdivision
A new Sedona subdivision is featuring what can only be homes fitted for a luxury lifestyle. And the historic Gassaway House is to be part of the new addition to Sedona real estate. Sedona.biz reports on the plan that is expected to meet with final approval tonight:
The proposal was later approved by the P&Z after the
developer reduced the number of units to 10 (reducing the
subdivision size to 4.61 acres but still including the Gassaway
House) and lowered the height of the two units along the western boundary.
The 10 units will average 3,600 square feet with two
units having over 5,000 square feet of livable floor space.
