Is your home near a popular attraction in Sedona?

While all of Sedona is surrounded by the beautiful vistas that have made our town famous, if you live in an area that is particulary popular or upscale, be sure to note it on your real estate listing.

Of course, that goes for school districts as well.  Parents are usually very concerned as to which schools they focus on, and as such, you stand to have a popular listing if you are within the district of a particularly sought after school.

Don’t forget to note the closeness to the places that your buyers want to be.  The geographical location of your home may be very popular with potential buyers.  Make sure they know how great your location is for them!
