Starting with a clean and well maintained home

Selling your home requires some preparation.  Of course, you know this, but paying attention to these details will earn you more money when you sell:

Outdoors
The outside is the first thing they see, make it shine.  Place colorful flowers and manicured shrubbery in attractive locations.  Be sure to sweep your sidewalks and keep your beds weeded daily.  Keep your lawn freshly mowed and be sure that everything looks imaculate during the showing phase.

Clean Rooms
2 rooms in your home require absolute cleanliness, while the rest of the home can appear comfortably clean.  The bathroom and the kitchen must sparkle.  Bleach your grout.  Wax your floors.  Make your showers and fixtures shine.  People DO notice.  And, they DO care.

These things will earn you more money for your home, so be sure to make them look their best.
