Don't go crazy with color schemes to sell your home faster

Most people look at your home and imagine themselves and their family living inside.  You want to aid them in seeing themselves living life inside your home, and giving them a blank slate on your walls is a great way to start.

Choose an eggshell or cream color to start
You want to allow them a clean canvas for their imagination.  No colors, or at least very little color on the walls.

Hang a few decorative pictures on the wall
No personal pictures though..  You want them to imagine *their* family in your home.

If you have anything that may distract their daydream, get rid of it.  Allow their imagination to run wild and you’ll reap the rewards when you sell them your home.
