Buying a Home?
Questions You Should Ask Home Sellers

I like lists. They make life so much easier. And, when buying a home, we need to be able to make life easier.
This list, from Jen, a real estate writer, is particularly helpful in that it covers bases many first time buyers don’t think about (until it’s too late).
- How old is the furnace/water heater/air conditioner?
- When was the roof last replaced?
- Are there any updates to be done on the street or sidewalk?
- Are appliances included?
- How old is the home and what kind of updates have been done?
- What is the neighborhood like?
- What was the average energy bill for the year?
- Are there any cracks in the foundation?
Of course, one way to make life easier is to use the services of an experienced real estate agent. We can help you navigate the waters. And, we know the Sedona area and Sedona real estate well.
